The location was perfect! the staff were friendly and helpful! i appreciated the two breakfast buffets. There was a great selection of thai and international foods. my room was also really big and clean!

The gym had quiet bad condition equipment, a bit disappointing. It needs some upgrades, though it didn't affect my stay too much.

the hotel's location was perfect, a short walk to central festival. i appreciated the availability of baht buses on both soi 2 and beach road. the pool area was relaxing with a staffed bar, shaded areas, and comfortable loungers.. it reminded me of a true escape. breakfast had a great selection of thai and international foods.

i noticed the gym equipment needed some updating.

the staff were great on reception, housekeeping and the general team, i guess.

the bathtub and shower is dangerous. there is no anti-slip in the bottom of the tub so showering is like standing on ice. i myself have fallen once because of a shower in a bathtub. rooms with a shower in a tub should be remodeled, it is dangerous for older guests
